1.4 Subscription Data: If you subscribe to the subscription service, we may collect billing-related information through the app store's payment processor. No payment data is stored directly by Doggo Catto Diary.

We use your email address to create and manage your account, communicate with you, and personalize your experience within the App.

2.1 Subscription Features: Users who subscribe to the service will have access to these features - (1) Add your pets to the app, (2) Post diary logs of pets with texts and photos, (3) Track pet weight, (4) Add pet vaccinations, (5) Set calendar reminders for pet events like grooming and vet visits, all without ads.

3. Photos and Media

3.1 Photo Storage: Photos you upload to the App (such as pet diary entries and profile pictures) are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 servers located in the United States.

3.2 Photo Deletion: When you delete a diary entry, all associated photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

3.3 Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all photos and media associated with your account are permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Account Deletion

You have the option to delete your account and profile from within the App. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account, including your username, display name, selected region, pet profiles, diary entries, photos, vaccination records, and calendar events will be immediately and permanently removed from our database. We do not retain any anonymized or aggregated data after account deletion.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes after account deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
